The Challenge

The challenge was to create a product that could meet all the customers of companies to manage their communication with customers in a good and fast way. voca provides a product that is easy and quick to navigate and thus provide the company with a quality solution.

The Solution

This helps to improve the overall customer service experience and increase customer satisfaction. In order to create a simple and clean environment for the customer, we chose a color palette.

Typography

For the Contact center field, we aimed to create a readable, classic font.

The choice of the font was selected according to a strategic decision that the product would be in the teams environment, therefore the font was adapted according to Microsoft's request.
